Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and support retention across a portfolio of mid-market gaming clients. You will collaborate with Account Managers to deliver measurable value from the Helpshift platform in a global, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer success or account management for software/tech.
• Experience supporting mid-market gaming clients.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.
• Remote collaboration and cross-cultural experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and growth.
• Act as product expert and strategic advisor for customers.
• Define goals/KPIs with customers and demonstrate value of platform.
• Prepare post-meeting reports and customer roadmaps.
• Escalate issues to engineering when needed.
