Job summary

Enfuce is seeking a Data Analyst to build trusted data foundations and drive actionable insights across our People data landscape. You will own data quality across systems and partner with the central Data & AI team to move reporting to ThoughtSpot.

You will turn data into direction, connect people data with Finance for sharper planning, and help power AI-enabled features with a solid data layer and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms (ThoughtSpot, Looker, Omni).
• Hands-on data transformation pipelines and analytics engineering practices (dbt).

Responsibilities

• Build a data foundation that is trusted and reliable across systems.
• Turn data into direction by identifying friction, time loss and drivers of engagement.
• Connect people data with finance for sharper headcount planning and forecasting.
• Prove impact by defining success metrics and validating results.
