Aster Group is seeking a talented People Insight Partner to lead our people analytics capability. You will connect People teams with central data specialists, ensuring accurate, insightful workforce data that drives action across the business.

You'll champion Power BI adoption, transform complex data into clear narratives, and deliver governance and reporting aligned to business priorities. This hybrid role requires occasional travel within the operating region.

Competenze

• Experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or BI.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development and storytelling.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with HR systems and GDPR knowledge.

• Lead the development of people insight and analytics across Aster.
• Champion the adoption and effective use of Power BI within the People function.
• Transform complex workforce data into clear narratives for decision-making.
• Deliver insight into workforce trends, risks, opportunities and performance.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives.
• Drive governance, data quality and consistent reporting definitions.
• Deliver statutory reporting including gender pay gap and external submissions.
• Merge internal data with external benchmarking for context and recommendations.
• Coach colleagues to become confident users of workforce data and self-service reporting.
