Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with 1+ years in a leadership, management, or senior mentoring role.
• Ability to translate findings into recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to communicate data to non-technical audiences through reports and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate performance, trends, forecasts and bugs across multiple traffic sources and user journeys, reporting back to stakeholders with recommendations.
• Proactively identify areas where the data team can add value to the business, and collaborate with business and marketing teams to action those insights.
• Accelerate the organization from basic reporting and analysis to predictive/prescriptive analytics by outputting data products that can be used to generate reusable insights.
• Act as the primary data contact for your business area, gathering requirements, prioritizing projects and communicating progress regularly.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders of multiple seniority levels.
