Job summary

Enfint is seeking a data analytics professional to lead the People Analytics data ecosystem in London. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to pipeline development, Looker delivery, and enablement for business partners and finance.

You will design and deploy ML-powered data products, conduct advanced analyses, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes self-service and data fluency across teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a data analyst or analytics engineer in a data-driven environment.
• Experience building dashboards and data products end-to-end for business stakeholders (Looker preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset with emphasis on self-service data.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of the People Analytics data ecosystem, including pipelines and semantic layers.
• Own full product development lifecycle for stakeholders from requirements to Looker delivery.
• Support existing products and develop new ones for Business Partnering and Finance.
• Design, build, and deploy ML models and AI-powered data products.
• Conduct advanced analyses to explain drivers and forecast outcomes.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders on complex questions.
• Drive data fluency through demos, docs, and training.
