Michael Page is seeking an experienced transactional finance professional to lead day-to-day processing of sales and purchase ledgers across multiple entities and supervise a small team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will centralise processes and support the ERP implementation to drive efficiencies.

You will oversee invoices, reconciliations and financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience leading transactional finance and processing across multiple entities.
• Experience with sales ledger and purchase ledger processes.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the processing of sales invoices, purchase orders and purchase invoices across multiple trading entities.
• Oversee and support a transactional finance team member.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Complete bank reconciliations and process bank transactions.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Produce transactional finance reports and analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting databases.
• Drive process improvements and support centralisation of finance activities.
• Assist with ERP implementation and embedding of improved processes.
