Job summary

Chevin Fleet Solutions is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the Global Support team, working remotely from the United Kingdom. You will provide expert SaaS support for our Fleet Management Solution, handle incidents on a follow-the-sun model, and resolve issues through replication and data analysis.

You will log all communications, meet SLAs, and contribute to a knowledge base while deploying software on Azure and supporting customer VMs.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written English and professional telephone manner.
• 2+ years in application support, preferably SaaS.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and managing databases.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for the Fleet Management Solution.
• Follow-the-sun support with UK and European coverage.
• Log incidents via Zendesk and investigate with replication/background analysis.
• Work to SLA targets and log communications professionally.
• Query data with SQL Management Studio to diagnose issues.
• Deploy software on Azure-hosted environments and customer VMs.
• Promote self-service through knowledge base content and contribute articles.
• Build relationships with clients and deescalate incidents when needed.
