• Proven experience as a fleet dispatcher or in a similar logistics coordination role.
• Strong familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective driver and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and vehicles to appropriate routes and delivery points nationwide.
• Monitor the location and status of all fleet vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems.
• Respond promptly to driver inquiries, operational challenges, and emergency situations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules, updates, and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, activity reports, and driver performance records.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and improve overall operational efficiency.
