Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking 2 Flight Dispatchers to join our growing operations team. This role supports a dynamic mix of commercial and business aviation customers in a modern, technology-driven dispatch environment focused on operational excellence, safety, and customer experience.

This position may be performed remotely within the United Kingdom, with company-issued hardware and dispatch tools provided to support remote and hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Previous professional flight dispatch experience, preferably in Part 121, Part 135, military, or international operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review dispatcher handoff notes and active operational priorities.
• Develop, optimize, and release compliant flight plans based on operational requirements and customer preferences.
• Evaluate aircraft readiness, MEL/CDL restrictions, and operational limitations.
• Support complex domestic and international multi-leg itineraries.
• File and manage ATC flight plans, routing revisions, and acknowledgments.
• Monitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews.
