Job summary

First Choice Drainage Solutions Ltd is looking for a Fleet Administrator to manage a fleet of around 50 vehicles. The role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as experience in managing vehicle records and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate fleet records, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating vehicle repairs. The position offers a company mobile phone, pension, and 28 days of holiday including bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fleet Administrator or similar role is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet compliance is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for approximately 50 vehicles.
• Schedule and track service inspections and repairs.
• Monitor vehicle compliance and assist with driver onboarding.
