The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) is seeking a Sector Engagement Manager - Member Relationships to oversee a portfolio of UK member institutions. You will be the primary contact, nurturing relationships, and helping members derive value from QAA membership.

You will work in a remote-first team, with flexible hours and occasional UK-wide and international travel. Strong CRM use, relationship skills, and sector knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, or membership engagement.
• Excellent listening and relationship-building with senior contacts.
• Ability to spot early disengagement and act to retain members.
• Proficient CRM use to keep clear, consistent records and share insights.
• Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a varied portfolio.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first team and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.
• An interest in UK higher education sector is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of UK member institutions and serve as their main point of contact.
• Conduct regular, proactive conversations to understand member challenges and goals.
• Connect members with the right expertise and opportunities across the Agency.
• Support annual renewal targets and retain members.
• Capture insights via CRM, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Share member impact through case studies to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with Head of Sector Engagement and other teams.
