Job summary

The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) is seeking a Membership Quality Specialist for a remote-first, part-time role. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers 17.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling within the UK.

You will develop resources, analyse policy, and deliver engaging workshops and events for UK and international members, leading QAA’s International Insights Membership.

Qualifications

• Experience of quality assurance and enhancement in higher education.
• Strong understanding of UK higher education sector and policy points.
• Ability to develop resources, analyze briefs, deliver training and events.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver services and resources for QAA members in the UK and internationally.
• Contribute to quality enhancement projects, policy analysis and briefings.
• Deliver workshops, webinars and events for diverse audiences.
• Lead delivery of QAA’s International Insights Membership offer.
• Represent QAA with members, sector bodies and stakeholders.
