Job summary

QAA is the UK’s independent quality body for tertiary education. As Marketing and Communications Officer, you will deliver engaging marketing content across email, social media and our websites, and plan targeted email campaigns through our CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or communications with hands‑on content creation across digital channels.
• Strong copywriting skills and experience using social media, email marketing and CMS.
• Understanding of SEO and web analytics.
• Experience using a CRM system to build and send email campaigns is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging marketing and communications across QAA’s digital channels.
