The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education is seeking a Sector Engagement Manager – Member Insight and Engagement to support UK higher education stakeholders. Working remotely with flexible hours and occasional UK and international travel, you will turn member data into actions, develop dashboards, and help grow value from membership while ensuring renewals run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership engagement, customer success, account management or a data role.
• Ability to work with data, CRM and produce reports that drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Turn member data and feedback into clear actions that strengthen the membership offer.
• Develop Engagement Dashboards and reports using the CRM to create a fuller picture of each member.
• Support new members and renewals, ensuring value from membership and smooth processes.
• Collaborate with teams across the Agency to ensure member needs shape offerings and delivery.
