Job summary

The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, is growing and looking for a specialist to configure, fix, and improve SuccessFactors for client organisations. You’ll work closely with HR teams, IT and project stakeholders to turn messy data and clunky processes into reliable, value-driven solutions that users actually adopt.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS or HR Technology role.
• Comfortable configuring workflows, business rules, permissions and system settings.
• Solid grasp of SuccessFactors logic, data architecture and integration flows.
• Eye for detail and habit of documenting as you go.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing and change management.
• Confidence talking to both technical folks and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation through day-to-day maintenance across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning.
• Map out as-is and to-be processes and help redesign them.
• Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions and data models.
• Lead UAT and go-live activities and create test scenarios and cutover plans.
• Track down and fix system issues, working with vendors when needed.
• Write documentation and user guides.
• Run training sessions for HR users and stakeholders.
• Build reports and dashboards that are actually used.
• Manage system updates and releases.
• Explain how data structures support HR processes and compliance (GDPR).
• Become a trusted part of the client’s team.
