Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Global Operations Manager to lead and standardize processes across international business units from a fully remote setting.

You will develop global strategies, oversee operations across countries, manage a dispersed team, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize supply chain and logistics, and drive continuous improvement across global operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in global operations management with extensive remote team leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex international operations and cross-cultural teams.
• Strong understanding of global logistics, supply chains, and international trade regulations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with global ERP systems and remote collaboration technologies.
