Mastek is seeking an experienced Full Stack Python Developer to design, build, and deliver large-scale digital platforms. You will work across frontend and backend, shaping APIs and cloud-hosted architectures, and collaborating with designers, product leads, and data specialists to drive production-ready features.

You will lead technical development, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and contribute to platforms that span public and private sectors.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Software Engineer working on large-scale digital platforms.
• Strong frontend expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with SQL databases, data modelling and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (Git).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in agile or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Familiarity with microservices and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep).
• Knowledge of modern authentication standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Understanding of performance optimization, caching strategies, and scalable design.
• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments.

• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software across frontend and backend components.
• Translate user and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs with strong performance and security.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive frontend features.
• Lead development activities, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Align solutions with enterprise patterns and cloud strategies with architects.
• Implement secure development practices and ensure data protection compliance.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and improve observability and performance.
• Produce architectural diagrams, data flows, and API specifications.
