Identify Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior Python Engineer to help build a new internal platform used to model complex business decisions. You will influence architecture, engineering standards and technical direction while working on a greenfield-style project in a hybrid setup with quarterly office visits in the UK.

The role focuses on cloud-native Python, end-to-end delivery and modern engineering practices, with mentoring responsibilities and strong ownership from day one.

We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to help build a new internal platform used to model complex business decisions. You'll join at an early stage, transforming existing tools into scalable, secure, production-grade software while influencing architecture, engineering standards and technical direction.

What we're looking for
