Applied Data Science Partners Ltd. in London is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions. You will architect data pipelines, backend services, APIs, and ensure scalable, high‑quality UI/UX across industries.

You will work with Python and TypeScript, cloud deployments, Docker, and modern web technologies, mentor peers, and contribute to robust engineering practices in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience presenting technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience developing complex user interfaces, backend APIs and software integrations using React.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including libraries for data processing and backend API development (FastAPI, Pydantic, ExpressJS, NodeJS, NextJS API Router).
• Good understanding of cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of browsers and web APIs (HTML Canvas, SSE, WebSockets).
• Effective communication through written reports and presentations.
• Ability to version control with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps in a team setting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions across the full stack.
• Architect and maintain data engineering pipelines, backend services, and APIs for scalability.
• Review Python and SQL code for quality, security, and standards.
• Support cloud deployments and Docker-based infrastructure (Azure, GCP).
• Develop and optimise databases and data integrity using SQL and cloud platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing systems with strong problem-solving skills.
• Communicate project outcomes to stakeholders via documentation and meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging engineering technologies and propose improvements.
• Assist frontend design with a focus on user experience.
