Job summary

Westfield Health Group is seeking a Group Communications Manager to shape and lead internal communications across Westfield Health and Rova Health. You’ll act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, turning objectives into clear, engaging messages that build understanding and commitment.

You will champion colleague voice, lead mobile-first communications, and partner with leaders to craft briefings, speeches and key messaging while guiding change and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading internal communications within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
• Experience advising, influencing and coaching senior leaders and executives.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic internal communications: create plans linking purpose, strategy and culture.
• Leadership communications: prepare briefings, speeches and messaging for leaders.
• Colleague engagement & events: design campaigns and manage the comms calendar.
• Channels and content: own channels, governance and inclusive, high-quality content.
• Change and transformation: lead comms for change initiatives with empathy.
• Communications infrastructure: roadmap for modernising platforms and tooling.
• Management responsibilities: lead and develop the Communications team.
