You will oversee editorial planning, change communications, and channels, ensuring consistent, inclusive content aligned with our values. A strong track record in communications is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading internal communications within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans and align them with organisational goals.
• Experience advising and coaching senior leaders on communications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic internal communications: collaborate with Marketing and Brand to create narratives connecting colleagues to purpose and strategy.
• Leadership communications: prepare briefings, presentations, and messaging with leaders; coach on effective, empathetic delivery.
• Colleague engagement & events: design campaigns and manage the colleagues calendar to ensure timely messaging.
