Job summary

ROVA Health is seeking a Communications Executive to shape internal communications across Westfield Health and ROVA Health. You’ll turn plans into engaging content, support leadership messaging and ensure colleagues are informed, connected and inspired.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you’ll join the Culture & Engagement team and help deliver campaigns, events and governance that align with brand guidelines and company priorities, from Town Halls to newsletters.

Qualifications

• Experience using digital channels and content management systems.
• Experience in communications, internal communications, marketing or colleague engagement.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills, with strong content creation and editing.
• Great organisation – able to juggle several tasks and deadlines at once.
• Builds positive relationships with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Bring Our Story to Life: Turn our internal communications strategy, plans and campaigns into action.
• Content & Channels: Produce a wide mix of content – articles, newsletters, intranet updates, videos and colleague stories.
• Leadership Communications: Prepare leadership briefings, presentations and key messages.
• Colleague Engagement & Events: Plan engagement campaigns, recognition programmes and culture campaigns.
• Planning, Governance & Change: Manage requests and ensure brand guidelines and sign-off processes.
