Job summary

Construction Professionals Recruitment is seeking a Fire Engineer for a remote role to deliver internal and external fire risk assessments across UK clients. You will advise on compliance, develop fire strategies, and work with multidisciplinary teams on complex designs.

The position requires a Level 5 certificate or above and IFE membership, with a salary range of £65,000–£80,000 and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PQE in fire engineering.
• External Wall Risk Assessments experience.
• Retrospective and design fire strategies knowledge.
• Compartmentation Surveys experience.
• Large and small refurbishment and re-cladding projects exposure.
• Member of IFE.
• Level 5 certificate/diploma or above.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Developers and key stakeholders.
• Undertake Risk Assessments per current legislation.
• Advise on pragmatic, cost-effective fire risk solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and base decisions on fire engineering analysis.
