Job summary

Axon Moore is recruiting a Remote Business Development Manager for Financial Services. The role focuses on developing new business, building relationships, and identifying opportunities within the wealth and investment market.

You will manage your own pipeline, engage with senior stakeholders, and work with internal teams to drive growth. This 12-month FTC offers a competitive £45,000–£60,000 salary plus a 15% bonus and benefits, with predominantly remote working.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in financial services business development.
• Experience working with professional clients, intermediaries or distribution partners.
• Good knowledge of investments and wealth products.
• Experience developing new business and growing relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good organisation and time management.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments would be advantageous.
