Job summary

DAC Beachcroft in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead day-to-day finance operations, ensure robust financial management and support strategic growth. The role reports to senior leadership and partners with stakeholders to drive performance.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, VAT and tax compliance, and manage the finance team while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with senior-level experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
• Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust internal controls.
• Develop the finance team and provide financial insights.
