Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a proactive Legal Officer to join the Legal, Risk & Compliance team. This remote role covers regulatory compliance, risk management, data protection, contracts, and governance across the organisation.

You will work with experienced professionals to identify and manage risks, draft policies, and provide practical guidance. The role includes training delivery and horizon-scanning for regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Support Legal, Risk & Compliance strategy delivery.
• Identify, assess, prioritise, and manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.
• Draft, review, and maintain policies and governance documents.
• Support monitoring and reporting of business risks to senior stakeholders.
• Provide practical legal and compliance guidance to colleagues across the organisation.
• Assist with horizon-scanning and regulatory changes and implementation.
• Contribute to compliance training programmes.
• Engage with stakeholders to embed a risk-aware culture across the business.
