Job summary

Bocobay is seeking a Financial Controller for a fully remote role covering finance across more than 11 entities in five islands and the UK. You will lead month-end close, oversee multi-entity bookkeeping, and manage external accountants to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent, 5+ years in accounting with at least 2 years in senior/group positions, and strong English communication. Proficiency with cloud platforms and automation is valued.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience including 2 years in senior/group roles.
• Experience managing month-end close and multi-entity reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end financial close across multiple entities and currencies.
• Oversee bookkeeping for UK and international subsidiaries and HOAs.
• Coordinate external accountants and advisers across jurisdictions.
• Develop AI-enabled finance processes and improve documentation.
