Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Field Service Helpdesk Specialist to join our remote team in the UK East Midlands. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to support customers across the UK.

You will be the first point of contact for technical service requests, resolving issues where possible and coordinating field engineers when on-site support is needed. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a helpdesk, service desk or technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.
• Confident using ticketing systems plus prioritising multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Log and prioritise incoming calls, emails and service tickets.
• Guide customers through initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
• Schedule engineers, monitor job progress and keep customers updated.
• Maintain accurate records in the service management system.
• Help improve support processes and documentation.
