Job summary

Tunstall UKI in Manchester, England, is hiring a Field Service Engineer to repair and maintain a range of health and care technology products. You will work with Warden/Nursecall and door access systems, delivering high-quality service from customers’ homes and care facilities within the UK.

The ideal candidate has an electrical/electronic NVQ Level 2, a full UK driving license, and experience testing fire systems, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving license (manual)
• Experience of testing Fire Systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Able to work effectively in a team and at heights or in confined spaces
• Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and maintenance service for a range of products including Warden/Nursecall, door entry and access systems
• Maintain and test electrical/electronic equipment at customers' premises
• Demonstrate strong customer relations and professional communication with diverse clients
• Ensure high standards of safety and quality while working in homes
• Collaborate with team to plan and complete jobs efficiently
