Job summary

Staffline Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Manager for a permanent full-time, remote role based in the Yorkshire area. The position involves managing client relationships on-site or across multiple locations, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will lead recruitment campaigns, source and screen candidates, and report on performance metrics while representing the employer brand at events and activities. Right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating client accounts and recruitment campaigns.
• Ability to forecast recruitment needs with hiring managers.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
• Travel to client sites as part of role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and be the main point of contact for hiring managers.
• Understand workforce needs and forecast recruitment requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns from vacancy briefing to onboarding.
• Attract, screen, interview, and present suitable candidates.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and influence decisions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on performance.
• Represent the client’s employer brand at events and activities.
• Travel to client locations for on-site engagement and relationship maintenance.
