Job Title:FamilySupport Worker
Pay:£31,537 to £33,699 per annum
37 hours per week
Office base:Hybrid working across county
Team/ Directorate:Families First, Family Front Door - 1 x Malvern and Worcester; 2 x Wychavon and Redditch

The Role:

Children's Services are building on the positive outcomes achieved through multi-disciplinary working with children, young people and their families.The new Social Care Reforms recognises that families benefit from a multi-disciplinary evidence-based interventions that are well co-ordinated with evidenced based outcomes.Preventative work is at the earliest opportunity that will support families to manage the challenges they face positively and get the help and support they need to prevent escalation to vulnerability and risk and into child protection and care.

Whilst we are developing our Family Help model this new role will join our Early Help Family Support teams enabling you to experience working with families at level 3 need ( Multi agency levels of need guidance). In this role you will work alongside colleagues delivering direct interventions and support to families.
