Job summary

We Manage Jobs is seeking a Family Time Worker in Worcestershire to support supervision of family time between children and their birth relatives. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with flexible Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays. Travel outside the county may be required.

Salary ranges from £26,403 to £28,142 per annum, depending on experience. Applicants should have good communication skills and some experience working with children and families; please contact Alice Gillett

Qualifications

• Experience in working with children and families is desirable.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise family time services to promote safe, positive contact with birth family and friends.
• Help extend and adapt support to meet needs of children and their carers.
• Occasional travel outside Worcestershire may be required.
