Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in safeguarding and working with children and families.
• Ability to work with multi-agency partners and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, emotional and social support to children, young people and families.
• Assist in assessments, care planning and reviewing interventions.
• Identify risks and safeguarding concerns and escalate as required.
• Facilitate family contact sessions and support relationship building.
• Engage with health, education, police, housing and voluntary services as needed.
• Maintain high-quality case notes and reports and assist social workers.
