Job summary

Structivus Ltd is seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Façade Designer to join a growing team. The role involves producing detailed design drawings for rainscreen cladding elevations, curtain walling, glazing and subframe systems across a range of projects.

The position offers hybrid or remote working, with opportunities to own design work streams and coordinate with clients, architects, and site teams.

Qualifications

Experience in façade industry and related regulatory standards.
Ability to produce detailed design drawings for façades and glazing systems.
Knowledge of CWCT standards and façade systems.
Understanding of Building Regulations and coordination with drawings.
Proven ability to work to project programmes and timelines.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed design drawings for rainscreen elevations, details, and subframes.
Prepare drawings and schedules for curtain walling, windows, and doors.
Provide sketches and input for tenders and proposals.
Develop practical, cost-effective technical solutions for complex façade details.
Attend design meetings with clients, architects, and project teams.
Manage design meeting requirements and track progress.
