Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Designer / Senior Designer for Façade and Cladding in a hybrid role based in North London. You will work on high‑profile projects, producing detailed drawings and specifications for SFS, rainscreen cladding, render and curtain walling, and reviewing drawings for full coordination.

The role requires a strong grasp of UK building regulations, CDM duties, and compliance standards, with hands‑on design meetings and technical input on façade systems.

Qualifications

• Producing detailed technical drawings, construction details and specifications.
• Designing for SFS, rainscreen cladding, render and curtain walling.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure designs are fully coordinated.
• Good understanding of UK building regulations, CDM requirements, and compliance standards.
• Attend design meetings and provide technical expertise on façade and cladding systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
