Job summary
Structivus Ltd in Dartford is seeking an experienced Facade Designer / Cladding Designer to join our growing team. You will design and deliver high-quality building envelope systems, working with managers, engineers, architects and site teams to ensure technical excellence from concept through to installation.
You should be experienced in facade, cladding or SFS design and proficient with AutoCAD or Revit, delivering precise 2D/3D drawings and robust construction details while managing multiple
Qualifications
- Experience in facade, cladding or SFS design.
- Experience with CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D facade and cladding drawings.
- Develop design solutions in line with architectural and project requirements.
- Produce fabrication, manufacturing and installation drawings as needed.
- Prepare layouts, elevations, sections and setting-out information.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for design issues.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and site teams.
- Support development of technical and construction details.
- Ensure designs comply with standards and project requirements.
- Assist with material take-offs and design information for procurement and manufacture.
