Job summary

Disrupt Talent’s client, a well-established exhibition contractor, seeks an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to own projects from brief to on-show delivery. The role is fully remote in the UK with travel to site.

You will lead end-to-end stand projects, liaise with clients and design/production teams, prepare quotations and specs, manage budgets, and ensure on-time handover while delivering standout builds across modular and custom works.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in exhibition contractor or stand builder
• Ability to run multiple exhibition projects simultaneously
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and managing their expectations
• Organised, detail-oriented approach with composure under tight deadlines
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude when things go sideways

Responsibilities

• Run exhibition stand projects end to end from brief to delivery on the show floor
• Liaise directly with clients to understand needs and develop practical solutions
• Prepare quotations, estimates and specs and manage suppliers and stakeholders
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget, handling changes as they arise
• Travel to site to oversee on-site build and handover to delivery team
