Job summary

Disrupt Talent’s client, a well-established exhibition contractor, seeks an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to own projects from brief to on-show delivery. The role is fully remote in the UK with travel to site.

You will lead end-to-end stand projects, liaise with clients and design/production teams, prepare quotations and specs, manage budgets, and ensure on-time handover while delivering standout builds across modular and custom works.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run exhibition stand projects end to end from brief to delivery on the show floor

£35,000 to £45,000 DOE

Our client is a well-established exhibition contractor delivering stands for brands at exhibitions and live events. Their projects range from slick modular systems to fully custom builds. They're looking for an experienced exhibition Project Manager to take genuine ownership of projects, from the first brief right through to a finished stand on the show floor. What You'll Be Doing

You'll run exhibition stand projects end to end. You'll work directly with clients to understand what they really need and develop practical solutions. Then you'll be the key link between the client and the design, production and site teams. You'll prepare quotations, estimates and specs, manage suppliers and internal stakeholders, and handle client changes as they come. Throughout, you'll keep every project on schedule and within budget.

When technical, logistical or production challenges pop up, you're the one who sorts them. You'll be juggling several projects at once across modular and custom build, making sure each one is properly prepared before handover to the onsite delivery team. The role is fully remote, so you'll need to be organised and self-driven. You'll also be expected to travel to site, so you'll see your projects come together on the show floor.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Project Manager at an exhibition contractor or stand builder, ideally across both modular and custom build
• Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple exhibition projects at once
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and managing their expectations from brief to build
• An organised, detail oriented approach, and you stay calm under pressure when show deadlines are tight
• A proactive, solutions focused attitude. When something goes sideways, you find a way.
