Job summary

Disrupt Talent is seeking an Exhibition Project Director / Senior Project Manager to lead global exhibition projects remotely with regular international travel. You will mentor a team of PMs, designers and production staff, oversee CAD and production, and manage budgets, suppliers and contracts.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, delivering complex stands and events for international clients while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering global exhibitions and live events.
• Strong end-to-end project management with timelines and budgets.
• Proven leadership of exhibition project managers and designers.
• Proficiency in CAD software and production oversight.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management with challenging briefs.
• Solid budget creation and gross profit accountability.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating and contracting with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage global exhibition projects end to end from brief to on-site delivery.
• Oversee CAD, graphics, production, suppliers, compliance, safety and budgets.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers, designers and production staff.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, contracting and quality oversight.
• Own budgets and gross profit accountability; track expenses.
• Handle scope, change, risk and issues while keeping clients aligned.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage international contracts.
• Represent the business at industry events and contribute to bids.
• Present concepts and proposals; advise on exhibition design and venue rules.
• Support process improvements across the function.
