Disrupt Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own major live events and exhibitions. You will drive the full production lifecycle—from handover to show and breakdown—while coordinating suppliers, venues and logistics.

Lead two Project Coordinators, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and hands-on support on site. The role is based in Ringwood with three office days per week, offering a hybrid setup, travel to international events, and the chance to shape high-profile brand experiences

Qualifications

• Exhibition project management experience in stand build/design or live events production.
• Production background including stands/structures, materials, site realism.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD and technical drawings.
• Experience managing a team and developing others.

Responsabilités

• Take projects from handover through production, build, show and breakdown.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD/technical drawings; coordinate suppliers, venues, organisers and logistics.
• Lead a team of two Project Coordinators, coaching and moving workload.
• Travel internationally to exhibitions and live events; spend time onsite.
