Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an Associate Director, Pitch Management (Europe) to lead end-to-end pitches for European clients, coordinating with pitch leads, account teams, strategists, and creatives. The role emphasizes delivering efficient, strategic, and flawlessly executed responses across RFI/RFP cycles.

The candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination while shaping messaging for Europe and collaborating with US teams as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new business, pitch/project management, or growth operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare in Europe is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex pitches with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Travel may be required; comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end pitches and RFI/RFP responses for European opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage pitch timelines, budgets, workflows, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with European market nuances.
• Research prospective clients, competitors, and regional trends to tailor pitches.
• Coordinate quality control of materials and credentials with pitch leads.
• Own financial documents related to pitches in collaboration with Client Services and PM teams.
• Improve pitch operations through process optimization and AI-enabled efficiencies.
• Maintain knowledge of capabilities and credentials to package insights for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with US colleagues for integrated pitches across time zones.
