Job summary

Syneos Health Communications in London seeks a VP, Media – Europe Lead to steer Evolvics client engagements across Europe, reporting to the Managing Director, Evolvics and guiding growth, profitability, and strategic media alignment with client goals.

This senior role owns SOWs, P&L, and resourcing, mentors the account team, and drives organic growth while ensuring quality across strategy, planning, activation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in paid media delivery, with senior management exposure
• Healthcare/pharma industry experience
• Experience collaborating with internal agencies and external clients
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex client environments
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Europe-wide Evolvics client engagement and manage the client relationship at senior levels
• Own SOWs, financials, and account P&L including margin and forecasting
• Mentor and develop the account team and day-to-day resourcing
• Oversee the connection planning team through transition to media plans and activation
• Drive organic growth and account expansion while ensuring quality across strategy, planning, activation and analytics
