Job summary

Syneos Health Communications is seeking a VP, Media – Europe Lead to oversee the Evolvics client engagement across Europe. This senior leader partners with strategy to align media activities with client goals and drives cross-functional execution across activation and analytics.

The role owns SOWs, financial planning, and account P&L while mentoring the connected planning team, driving organic growth, and ensuring quality across strategy, planning, activation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in paid media delivery with at least 5 in a senior management/SME role.
• Healthcare/pharma industry experience.
• Experience working with internal agencies and external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate complex clients.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing work with procurement and brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Evolvics client engagement across Europe.
• Senior client relationship owner and primary escalation point.
• Partner with strategy team to align media approach with client goals.
• Lead the connection planning team through media plan details and activation.
• Own SOWs, financial approach, and account P&L (margin, profitability, forecasting).
• Manage, mentor, and develop the connection planning team with day-to-day resourcing.
• Drive organic growth and account expansion within the client.
• Ensure quality control and integration across strategy, planning, activation and analytics.
