EVERSANA in London is seeking an Associate Director, Pitch Management (Europe) to lead end-to-end orchestration of new business pitches for European clients, coordinating with pitch leads, account teams, strategists, creatives and senior leadership.

This fast-paced role requires sharp project management, strong collaboration across functions, and the ability to align messaging with European market needs, while navigating tight deadlines and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in new business, pitch/project management, or growth operations within an advertising/healthcare marketing/communications agency.
• Pharmaceutical industry and European healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills, able to manage multiple high-stakes priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end orchestration of pitches and RFI/RFP responses for European opportunities.
• Oversee pitch timelines, workflows, budgets, and vendor coordination under tight deadlines.
• Ensure messaging consistency and alignment to the European market across materials.
• Conduct background research on prospective clients, competitors and regional trends.
• Coordinate quality control of materials including case studies and credentials.
• Own financial documents within a pitch, collaborating with Client Services and PM teams.
• Improve pitch operations through processes, AI-enabled efficiencies, and knowledge tools.
• Maintain awareness of capabilities and credentials to package insights for opportunities.
• Collaborate with US colleagues for integrated pitches and accommodate time zones.
