Job summary

Databento is seeking a customer support representative to be the first point of contact for technical inquiries during EU hours. You will resolve common issues related to API usage, onboarding, and authentication while escalating complex cases.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience with our API and at least 2 years of experience in technical support or QA, along with working proficiency in Python. This role supports the financial industry and offers an opportunity to engage with a wide range of customers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support, QA, or engineering.
• Prior experience with Databento's API strongly preferred.
• Based in the EU region for support coverage during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 support or engineering while maintaining accurate ticket status.
• Write technical content including tutorials and guides.
