Job summary

Whatnot is expanding its EU creator marketing team. We’re seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to scale our creator engine for paid social across Europe.

You’ll source, sign, brief, and manage creators to produce high-performing short-form videos, collaborating with performance marketers and category teams to optimize impact. You will build a scalable EU creator roster, negotiate deals, and own end-to-end outreach across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, or performance creative.
• Proven experience sourcing, signing, and managing creators end-to-end.
• Experience briefing creators to self-produce content with performance in mind.
• Commercial instincts across creator fees, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and renewals.
• Strong organisation and ability to run a high-volume creator pipeline.
• Test-and-learn mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Fluent English plus fluent French.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a scalable EU creator roster for paid performance creative.
• Source and sign creators across priority markets and categories.
• Own creator outreach end-to-end via email, DMs, talent platforms, referrals.
• Negotiate creator deals on fees, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.
• Brief creators clearly on Whatnot, audience, category, creative angle, and goals.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketers, Creative Producers, and Category Marketers to improve briefs and sourcing.
• Build a repeatable operating system for EU creator creative workflows.
