Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following: German, Spanish, Italian, or French.
• Experience in international community/creator operations.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the growth and engagement of TikTok Shop E-commerce creators.
• Execute outreach strategies for creator recruitment and conversion.
• Lead the daily operations of creator communities in the EU.
• Track and analyze community metrics for optimization.
