Job summary

Understanding Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new finance/ERP platform for a large UK Mental Health organisation. You will own the project from mobilisation through go-live, coordinating the software vendor and implementation partners with Finance, Technology and senior stakeholders.

Experience with specific platforms isn't essential. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, data migration, testing/UAT, cutover and effective

Qualifications

Strong PM experience in finance systems or ERP implementations.
Experience managing software vendors and third-party partners.
Finance and senior stakeholder management experience.
Experience managing complex project plans, dependencies, risks and milestones.
Understanding of data migration, testing/UAT, cutover and go-live.
Governance, RAID and project reporting experience.
NetSuite and/or Xero familiarity is a plus, not essential.

Responsibilities

Own the finance systems implementation from mobilisation through to go-live.
Build and manage the overall project plan against the delivery deadline (April).
Coordinate the software vendor and implementation partners.
Manage stakeholders across Finance, Technology and the wider organisation.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and escalations.
Coordinate data migration, testing, UAT and business readiness activities.
Manage cutover planning and transition into BAU.
Provide clear reporting and governance throughout the programme.
