Job summary

NCFE is seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team on a flexible remote basis, with travel to assessments as required. You will deliver Level 4 Facilities Manager EPA, record outcomes on the NCFE platform, and participate in standardisation events to maintain quality and consistency.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities management at a supervisory level, a recognised assessor qualification (A1/CAVA or equivalent), and a Level 5 Facilities Management

Qualifications

• A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent).
• Level 5 Facilities Management qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years managerial-level experience in facilities management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with the Level 4 Facilities Manager standard.
• Record EPAs and interact with apprentices using the NCFE EPA platform.
• Attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency.
• Communicate with apprentices, training providers and employers on EPA outcomes and grading.
