Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing Assessor to deliver End-Point Assessment and qualification-based assessments across Housing apprenticeships at Levels 3–5. The role focuses on applying sector expertise to assessment delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven EPA experience, strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards, and the ability to ensure assessments reflect current industry practice while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering End-Point Assessment and/or vocational qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Housing Levels 3–5.
• Experience within regulated assessment or qualification environments.
• Understanding of quality assurance, moderation and standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EPA and vocational qualification assessments across Housing Levels 3–5.
• Assess assignments, case studies, professional discussions, observations, portfolios and knowledge-based assessments.
• Make fair, valid, reliable and evidence-based assessment decisions.
• Ensure assessment decisions align with assessment plans, grading criteria and apprenticeship standards.
• Participate in standardisation and moderation activities to maintain consistency.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and reporting outcomes within required timescales.
